Sembli (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes a mobile and web application that helps homeowners track and remember home-maintenance tasks. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
We collect only what we need to run the product.

Maintenance content you create
Conversational AI inputs
Optional product analytics
Information collected automatically
We do not collect: precise location, contacts, microphone, camera (unless you explicitly attach a photo to a maintenance task), advertising identifiers, or any data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.
We use a small set of vendors strictly to operate the service. They process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
| Vendor | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase (Supabase Inc.) | Authentication and database hosting | Email, maintenance content, account metadata |
| Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) | AI text processing for Sembli’s AI features | Your AI message text and the relevant maintenance context for that request |

We will update this table when processors change.
